❤️ With Valentine’s Day around the corner, let’s talk about something that brings love and fertility together — food! ❤️
Certain foods don’t just set the mood; they also support hormone balance, improve blood flow, and boost reproductive health. Whether you’re trying to conceive or simply want to nourish your body, here are some fertility-friendly aphrodisiacs to add to your plate.
🍫 Dark Chocolate – Personally, I love dark chocolate and eat it almost everyday (small secret...shhh!). Packed with antioxidants and magnesium, dark chocolate can reduce stress hormones and support progesterone levels. Plus, it increases serotonin—your feel-good hormone!
🥑 Avocados – These creamy delights are rich in healthy fats and vitamin E, which improve cervical mucus and support sperm health.
🌰 Walnuts – Loaded with omega-3s, walnuts boost egg and sperm quality while enhancing brain function.
🍓 Berries – Blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries are high in antioxidants, which help protect eggs and sperm from oxidative stress.
🍒 Dried Cherries – A powerhouse of melatonin and vitamin C, dried cherries support egg health and improve sleep quality—both crucial for fertility!
🥂 Pomegranate Juice – This fertility-boosting drink supports blood flow to the uterus and adds a naturally sweet touch to any celebration.
🦪 Oysters - Rich in zinc, selenium and B12, oysters support sperm production and egg quality making them a top fertility-friendly food.
