High Protein Snacks this weekend
Have a great weekend everyone!
We are headed skiing, just me and the kids. Will be packing high protein snacks and lunches for us all.
Here are a few of my favourites:
  • Greek yogurt w berries and plain cheerios
  • medium boiled eggs with salt, pepper and EVOO
  • hummus with peppers and carrots
  • Boursin cheese with sweet potato crackers
  • firm cottage cheese a la greek salad style (cucumbers, tomato, olives, salt, pepper, EVOO)
