We are headed skiing, just me and the kids. Will be packing high protein snacks and lunches for us all.
Here are a few of my favourites:
- Greek yogurt w berries and plain cheerios
- medium boiled eggs with salt, pepper and EVOO
- hummus with peppers and carrots
- Boursin cheese with sweet potato crackers
- firm cottage cheese a la greek salad style (cucumbers, tomato, olives, salt, pepper, EVOO)
