How are you doing? I thought I'd share this recipe with you - its a fertility focussed smoothie. It has 16g whole food protein, 317kcal, 7g fiber, 2.5g saturated fats and is high in loads of nutrients.

Ingredients:
Blueberry Lemon Basil smoothie!
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ medium cucumber, chopped
- ¼ medium avocado
- 2 tbsp pitted dates
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup packed basil leaves
- ½ lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 cup plain kefir
Instructions:
- First, add all ingredients to a blender.Second, blend until smooth and creamy. If you need too, add a splash of water or extra kefir for desired consistency.Since it serves 2, divide this evenly into 2 glasses
