Fertility Smoothie Love
Hello hello,
How are you doing? I thought I'd share this recipe with you - its a fertility focussed smoothie. It has 16g whole food protein, 317kcal, 7g fiber, 2.5g saturated fats and is high in loads of nutrients.

Ingredients:
Blueberry Lemon Basil smoothie!
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ medium cucumber, chopped
  • ¼ medium avocado
  • 2 tbsp pitted dates
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup packed basil leaves
  • ½ lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 cup plain kefir
Instructions:
  1. First, add all ingredients to a blender.Second, blend until smooth and creamy. If you need too, add a splash of water or extra kefir for desired consistency.Since it serves 2, divide this evenly into 2 glasses
