Catio question

Hi Everyone,

I got a Catio for my kitten's first 'outdoor time' on the deck but everytime I put him and his brother inside it ( complete with snacks, water bowl, scratch pad, toys and litter box) he hates it and frantically tries to get out! ( though his brother doesn't mind).

Anyone have suggestions on how to ease my Kitty's transition to the catio? Tips welcome!
