I’ve been thinking a lot about how powerful this community really is when we show up and engage. The truth is — we have so much brilliance here, but lately, it’s been a little quiet in the room.

So here’s what we’re going to do… together.

I’m inviting a few of our top members — the women who’ve been consistent, encouraging, and active — to help me revive the energy in this space.

If you’ve been in the Top 10 on our leaderboard (all-time or in the last 30 days), check your DMs 👀 — I’ll be reaching out personally to see if you’d like to be part of our “Community Street Team.”

Here’s the idea:

Each person picks one day of the week (ex: Tuesday, Friday, etc.)
You’ll post something of value — an insight, a question, or a win — on your day.
And we’ll all show up on each other’s posts to comment, celebrate, and keep the conversation flowing.

It’s a simple rhythm that keeps the energy alive.More engagement. More learning. More connection.
