2. Compliance with all standards listed in the statement of work

Offerors must submit:

✅ Complete pricing schedule
✅ Past performance package
✅ SAM representations & certifications
✅ Product samples
✅ Technical compliance information
Solicitation includes substantial:
- PII protection requirements
- breach of reporting obligations
- records management compliance
- DOJ privacy compliance provisions
Key obligations include:
⚠️ reporting PII breaches within ONE HOUR of discovery
⚠️ maintaining employee privacy training
⚠️ supporting DOJ privacy assessments and documentation
Strong fit for:

The DOJ may award to a higher-priced vendor if:
