ONE GREAT FACTOR I'VE LEARNED ABOUT FATHERHOOD: The Importance of Asking Questions.
As A father, I've learned that one of the greatest ways to lead him.. is to listen to him.
I make it a habit to ask PJ good questions—and it's just to understand how he's thinking, what he's feeling, what excites him, and what challenges him as he continues to grow.
Those conversations are helping me become the father he needs today—not just the father I think he needs.
