I'm a husband and father of five, and I work full-time. In other words, I know what it’s like to have a full plate and try to figure out how to lose weight, get fit, and live a healthy lifestyle.
I spent 10 years of my life in the typical dad bod (60 lbs of fat) and just could not lose it with my busy life. Boy, did I try, I tried everything...
Finally, I developed a method that actually worked for the stage of life I’m in right now (the busy dad).
Now, my goal is to be the best version of myself I can be as a dad and husband.
My Mission: Help as many moms & dads as I can along the way.
Here's what I don't do... HIIT workouts, Bootcamps, CrossFit, running, or anything that I don't look forward to doing. (If you enjoy these workouts, you should do them. I do what I enjoy).
I also avoid any ridiculous diets that I could only maintain for 30 days or so. It's essential to do workouts that you look forward to and to eat the foods you love, which bring you happiness.
