White Belt rules apply: 📱 One device 🎥 60 seconds ✂️ No editing 📤 Post it 🔥 You win if you post, it doesnt have to be amazing, it just has to exist. Your challenge: Talk about your favourite creator. Someone who inspires you right now. For 60 seconds without using filler words. You know the ones... "Um..." "Ah..." "Like..." "You know..." If you say one, no worries. Start again. As many times as it takes. The goal isn't perfection. The goal is reps. And this certainly isn't about never using a filler word again.
