What is a perfect Sunday for you ?
Sunday for is band practice day . So a shift from the visual to the ear blasting and the poetry of it all .
Writing is a good Sunday , making the dog food for the week . Loud Fast Hard music in the afternoon with enough time to settle into the darkness and relax a little later on .
