Your FULL MOON in LIBRA
❍ Your fascia remembers everything.
And tonight, under this full Libra moon, it's ready to let something go.
❍ Most people think fascia is just connective tissue. A wrapping. A structure. But science is now showing us something far more profound - fascia is your body's largest sensory organ. It contains ten times more nerve endings than muscle. It is how your body feels itself from the inside.
❍ And it holds memory. Every experience, every emotion, every moment your nervous system said "not safe" - it lives in the fascia. Not metaphorically. Physiologically.
❍ Libra full moon - what your body is feeling
Libra governs the lower back, the kidneys, and the hips - one of the deepest fascial zones in the body. This is where we store decisions we haven't made yet. Where we hold the weight of other people's needs alongside our own. Where balance lives, or hasn't.
❍ If you've felt tension, tightness, or fatigue in that region lately - your fascia is speaking. This moon is amplifying that message.
❍ Here's what makes this even more interesting. Fascia is roughly 70% water - and it behaves like a liquid crystal. It conducts frequency. It responds to vibration, to breath, to intention. The moon moves the tides. Your fascia moves too.
❍ This is why we begin everything with six breaths. Not as a warmup. As a tuning. You are literally changing the frequency of your fascia before you move it. That is the science. That is also the magic.
Full Moon in Libra * Activation + Journal
For the one who has been giving. This is your return.
❍ Before you begin
Find a quiet space. Sit or lie down. Place one hand on your lower back and one hand on your heart. This is your body. This is your field. You are allowed to come home to it now.
❍ The Activation
Close your eyes. Take a breath and let your body settle.
❍ Breath one - breathe in through your nose, long and slow. As you exhale, feel the weight of everything you have been carrying for others. Not with judgment. Just with awareness. Let the fascia soften around it.
❍ Breath two - inhale and feel your lower back expand. The kidneys. The hips. The place where Libra lives in your body. Exhale and notice if there is tightness there. That tightness has a name. It is called unmet balance.
❍ Breath three - inhale and ask your body silently - where have I abandoned myself to keep the peace? Exhale and let whatever arises be witnessed. You do not need to fix it yet. Witnessing is enough.
❍ Breath four - inhale and feel the full moon above you. Its light is not asking anything of you. It is simply illuminating what is already there. Exhale and receive that light into your fascia. Into the fluid. Into the crystal memory of your body.
❍ Breath five - inhale into your heart. Feel the hand resting there. This hand belongs to you. Exhale and let the body remember - I am also someone I am allowed to tend to.
❍ Breath six - one full breath for your return. Inhale as yourself. Exhale as yourself. Whole. Present. Here.
Stay here as long as you need. When you are ready, open your eyes slowly. Take your journal.

❍ 1. Where in my life have I been over-giving? Not just to people - to roles, to expectations, to old versions of who I thought I had to be. What does my body feel when I name it?
❍ 2. What does true balance feel like in my body - not in theory, but as a felt sense? Have I ever felt it? When? What was present then that isn't now?
❍ 3. What am I ready to release under this full moon? Not what I think I should release. What my body - my fascia - is actually asking to let go of right now.
❍ 4. If I fully returned to myself - what would I stop doing? What would I start? Let this one surprise you.
❍ The full moon does not ask you to be more. It asks you to be honest about what you are already carrying - and what you are ready to set down.
