The initial title, about building a pyramid on Mars, was inspired by a TEDx Talk on #Blockchain. I don't take credit for the concept, however this specific speaker had portrayed one of the largest opportunities within the future cases of applying blockchain in a thought provoking yet simple way, leading to Society becoming one of which was a united group that could accomplish Anything!
Like, building Pyramids on Mars!
The concept is simple. We can design organizations at a scale and speed and precision and efficiencies and alignment (and etc.) To bring individuals together. The aligning of individuals and their respective goals and desires will be unique. However NOW we have the ability work as one, and include the Artificial Intelligences as well.
This group of amazing individuals can be a catalyst for what seems inevitable, as it will at some point be seen as a requirement to establish on some future project. I hope for this to not be an afterthought.
The Synergies we will design will be surprising, to say the least.
This Skool Community will receive all of the information and tools that I personally can share (like subscriptions if allowed, or we could work out some partnerships, or anything). The point is in a task in the first steps of onboarding would be each member creating their own personal Lists. Lists of what? Lists of the value you bring and possess, to be direct. The lists in Big Corp., and what we decided to use in the Innovation Dept., the Open Innovation Field calls these "Entity Inventories," as the Entity doesn't need to be a person, but an organization (or in Wyoming now, a DAO (!!THE POSSIBILITIES OMG!!). Haven't looked, but im sure there's a Skool classroom for DAOs!
DAO = DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS ORGANIZATION which has no Headquarters nor Owners. More like, a technical protocol, but .. to achieve a certain outcome of the DAO's Purpose. It lives in perpetuity unless designed otherwise, or .. a competing protocol emerges. Let's stay in the blue oceans as much as possible.
Continuing into the future, this will show an integration and use of respective jargon of a few specific technologies, including AI, Economics Design, Business Design, Autonomous Automation, Blockchain, Additive Manufacturing, to name a few. Throughout, much of the context will be in integration of Hard Assets and Hard Infrastructure (bridges, warehouses, food supply chains, as a few examples of Hard Infrastructure)
Conceptually, in MY current perspective, I'm envisioning three major components, of which can overlap.
1.) Communities of Interest.
Granular Fields of Knowledge. This is somewhat how Skool is structured anyway.
2.) Communities of Service.
Like an integrated multi-verse.. or omniverse... or.... whatever the Community ends up wanting to call it. Regardless, these are Service-Oriented Communities, able to perform complex tasks through shared goals and Shared Inventories.
Uniquely Designed, Yet of the Same "Type", wih the Same Integration Interfaces, and a Shared General Vision of the Future we are Intentionally Designing, with well-placed guardrails for light governance, led by our collective principles.
Service-orientation is very powerful when structured well, with the appropriate deployment of the "correct interpretation" of the conceptual theories it is intended to embody.
Communities of Communities. Groups of groups. Most importantly, the Communities and groups maintain a means of common "governance", standards, data models by Entity, .. where all Groups/Communities are building value based on their abilities, specializations, and aggregate Inventories. Each community, however (intelligently) the organization is designed, it will offer services to other communities WITHIN this Skool-Services-Ecosystem. In the future, or where ever it makes sense, scaling to meet the broader vision will enable a far wider array of communities, organizations, individuals, DAOs, and so on.
This will be of each individual's own choosing, however I see it as a black hole sucking the workforce from this Legacy Economic Establishment to one that makes more sense, provides more indivdual value (e.g. Salary, Personal Satisfaction) and broader Social Value, based on those that make up the greater group pursuing the same goal or mission, led by a vision of the future that needs a *Different Approach* for even those building believe could be achieved.
No need to *Believe*!
We are now a Trustless Society!
We Know that we have no limits now.
Belief. A word that used a lot. I believe that ideas outside of traditional "Realistic Beliefs" is not a means of understanding, say what one might want to do with LIFE, but this is not a benefit. Belief can be the hinderance that doesn't allow ourselves, nor the collective of Communities, to stretch Beyond.
Our Beliefs will be Fact, until we change them.
Let us demonstrate for others.
While we build, Let us Document for others.. let us design for others.. create a playbook that's repeatable and can be replicated by others, and other Communities. Let us Design a Common Set of Standards and Interfaces, common language for use in this new context and common rules, roles, and common training. So much more!
It starts with Community.
Skool is just a Kool name, it doesn't restrict its usage to education. However in the minds of many, simply a name can unconsciously place our thoughts inside a restrictive model of our view of the platform.
As we progress, our goals will evolve with the rapidly Accelerating Velocity of Change (Change^2 ? ) throughout the "external landscape". We advance ideally along side the environment, but will be easy to fall off this treadmill! Still, I view the challenges' we identify will have requirements that meet or exceed the progress of external environments without creating negative Externalities.
AI and the convergence of technologies will be advantageous for this effort.
3.) A Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG)
THE BHAG is essential as it is the Central Purpose of THIS Skool Community. Everyone here is equal, yet bring our own thoughts, skillets, viewpoints, talents, Networks(!), ... etc., but most importantly, our respective unique ways of internally integrating concepts to form larger ideas, or more impactful solutions, or... *whatever it is that your focus is placed upon*
