Community update from Nexus
Today we had the opportunity to serve and speak at a workshop at Infinite House of Praise as part of our outreach, equipping individuals with practical tools to start and grow in business.
One of the 3 key points shared came from 2 Kings 4.
“Start with what you already have.”
In this passage, the prophet Elisha asked:“What do you have in your house?”
The focus was simple but direct. Many people delay moving forward because they feel like they need more. The truth is, what you already have is your starting point.
We challenged attendees to take inventory:
• Skills — editing, teaching, styling, marketing
• Tools — phone, software, space
• Relationships — clients, community, church
We also introduced our 5P framework to help bring clarity to business and messaging:
• Person — who you serve
• Problem — what they face
• Plan — how you solve it
• Pivot — how you position for growth
• Payoff — the result they receive
This framework is designed to help you clearly tell your story and effectively sell your product or service.
If you’re in this community, this is your reminder:You don’t need more to start. You need structure and execution.
If you want to go deeper, we’ve created a class where we break this down step-by-step and provide an ebook to help you apply it.
