Welcome Change-Makers!
I'm so excited you are here!
This is place for anyone who is looking to lead or participate in making change for good in their communities. In my 30 years of work, I’ve learned many skills across multiple fields that the teacher in me wants to share. I will begin with collaboration because that is a foundational skill needed to be a change-maker.
My hope is that this will be a place for people like you from all over the world to learn together how to make this world better - now and into the future.
We will include many topics, such as
- collaboration,
- negotiation,
- planning and projects
- office technology education
- government basics from entry level to elected leaders,
- leadership
- Emergency preparedness
- Social work and case management
- learn ethical use of AI and strategies to implement, and anything else needed to improve how we do our work and the livability of our communities.
This must remain a non-political space. Anyone participating in political banter, bashing, or boorishness will be violating our policies which may result in removal from the group.
So let’s be kind and respectful - and have fun!
