At Eye of Rah Beauty Academy (EOBA), we open the door to a variety of beauty pathways that can lead to entrepreneurship — starting as young as age 8. Our classes include Braiding Boot Camp, Start Your Own Press-On Nail Business, Lash Technician Licensing, Let’s Loc Together (starter locs & upkeep), Feed-In Frenzy, and our flagship Braiding Certification course.
The Braiding Certification requires 16 hours of Health & Sanitation training to become a registered braider with the state. We split the hours into 8 online and 8 in-person, with hands-on training in the latest braiding styles to help each student discover and refine their strengths. Virtual classes are also available!
Each summer, we host a 4–6 week Young Entrepreneur Beauty Boot Camp for girls, blending beauty training with social and life skills to inspire confidence and success.
