πŸ—“οΈ Well January is in the rear view mirror. Feb is here. Did you take time to reflect on your goals this weekend? How did you do in January? I did pretty well, but my 2 big goals are still in the works. Now I have to make some adjustments for February to keep on track with my unfinished January goals. But that's ok. I have removed some unnecessary tasks from February and I will get back on track.
βœ… Setting goals and creating good habits requires consistency and discipline. Don't let it overwhelm you. If you didn't hit the marks you set, that's ok. Keep being consistent. It gets easier to make the adjustments the more you do it. Goal setting is a combination of planning, acting, and reflecting. Keep going.
