Broadcast notes and screenshots from the show:
Overview of growth, changes, and direction for Skool
The Mission:
- "To help one billion people find community"
The Problem ... Creator Burnout
- Previously creator had to do crazy things and crank away on the content treadmill
- This leads to loudest, most monetized gettting the most attention, not the best
- Leads to burnout and corrupts your delivery into infotainment
What if you simply make a great community and it grows itself?
- 80% time & energy spent on content
- Ideally 20% on content, 80% on craft & community
This is the future
Some here are already experiencing the ease and enjoyment
This is the vision for Skool & Growth Boost
- Create content and drive traffic to About page
- Skool will continually improve Growth Boost and overall efficiency
Input/Output... Results
Cost of Time, Energy, Attention
Does it distract from delivery?
