Which Process Should Your Business Automate First—and Why?
Choose one workflow that repeatedly creates delay, rework, missed follow-up, or leadership interruption. Before naming a tool, answer five questions: What result should improve? Is the process visible? Who owns the decisions? Are the data and systems dependable? What happens when the normal path breaks?
Share the workflow and the metric you would use to prove the automation helped. The strongest starting point is usually a contained, high-volume process with repeatable inputs, a clear output, and manageable exceptions.
