30 minute yoga class
Thank you for joining. I have posted a new class on youtube called Sunrise Yoga. Ill be posting some special classes here just for our Skool community. But give this class a try as well as two previous posts that are up on youtube. This is a good way to get familiar with my teaching style and to know what to expect with different types of classes. Previously we voted on a poll for a schedule for a live online classes. It was only 12 people then. It is about 33 of us now. So my next post will be asking about times / days that will work for a live class. Based on the majority vote I will set up options to catch a class online.
