It's ok to run every other day
We all love to run, but running everyday, like doing any activity can lead to burnout and injury. We are here to show you that it is OK to not run every day. This doesn't mean we can't move! What's your favorite non-running exercise activity? Somedays mine is stand-up paddling, but other days I really enjoy walking my dogs!
