Indian cooking doesn’t need lots of spices or complicated recipes. Confidence comes from repeating the basics until they feel familiar and that’s what we do here.
You’ll learn Indian cooking using 7 everyday spices: mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric, chilli powder, and garam masala, plus aromatics ( cinnamon, cardamom, & cloves)
You’ll find a set of simple, repeatable recipes designed especially for beginners.
These recipes help you get comfortable using spices, understand easy cooking methods, and adapt dishes.
You’ll learn things like a masala base, simple vegetable dishes, easy rice meals, nourishing pantry curries, and 2 ingredient Naan
Start with one recipe. Repeat it. Let confidence build naturally.
