This is your step-by-step system to go from inconsistent bookings to a predictable 10-30 bookings per month with higher-margin orders in 90 days — without relying on word-of-mouth.
Here's how to get started:
1. Go to the Classroom tab and complete the "Start Here" module first
2. Introduce yourself in the INTRODUCTIONS category — tell us about your business, where you're located, and your #1 goal for the next 90 days
3. Follow the 4-Phase system in order (Foundation → Systems → Lead Gen → Scaling)
4. Use the weekly checklist to stay on track
5. Post your wins, ask questions, and engage with the community
The 4 Phases:
Phase 1 (Weeks 1-2): Build your digital foundation — website, social media, Google Business Profile
Phase 2 (Weeks 2-4): Install backend systems — booking software, pricing strategy, contracts
Phase 3 (Weeks 3-6): Launch lead generation — Google Ads, high-intent keywords, lead capture
Phase 4 (Weeks 6-12): Scale and convert — sales scripts, upsells, reviews, referrals
