Hi everyone! I pray that this Ash Wednesday starts well for you!
Here’s a tip if this lent you want to stop the doom scrolling:
Put your phone into gray scale. You can do this by going into settings > accessibility > display and text size > color filters > gray scale.
It makes your phone boring… which can be helpful when you are trying to get off the phone. :)
