Hey everyone, I’m James — Army vet and aspiring real estate entrepreneur. Right now, my main focus is buying and flipping underperforming hotels with my siblings through our company, Sills Capital Group. We’re all-in on building a strong portfolio and learning as we go.
I’m also big on using AI tools to automate parts of the business and make things more efficient — from content to systems.
