I was connecting with businesses on Facebook and LinkedIn and, after sending 20 cold dm's to companies on Facebook my account got flagged and then I had to prove I was human, by sending them a video of myself whilst following the instructions on the screen, which I did and after 2 hrs they had come to the conclusion that I was in fact not human and my business account was terminated.
What to learn from this don't cold Dm more than 5 people a day on a brand new Facebook account you have to warm up the account for a week or 2 or the algo will see the account as a bot or spammy.
Also having the same issue with LinkedIn:(
Its frustrating but what can you do.
