I'm Michelle — the physician, weight-neutral coach, yoga teacher, and Body Trust provider behind this community. I built Enough, Already because I lived through the exhaustion of knowing all the right things and still not being able to find the peace with food and my body I was searching for.
I'm a woman in midlife, navigating perimenopause, and rediscovering what it means to feel at home in my own skin. This community is as much a part of my journey as it is yours.
