To respond to your questions, I will record a video explaining why I teach mindfulness meditation specifically - there is an abundance of research to show it helps us do exactly what we're trying to do here: avoid burnout, come back to ourselves, and heal our relationship food and/or body.
We will also do some guided visualizations in some of the sessions. I find this super helpful for connecting to the vision of who you want to be. To become that version of ourselves, we have to start doing things differently than the way we did them to get us here. Visualization is another great meditation tool for us here.
