What non-musical skill or hobby that has influenced the way you make music the most?
For me, it's cooking 🧑🍳
I tend to use a lot of cooking metaphors in music; from mise en place to spice combinations to order of processes. I've had a lot of problem solving breakthroughs whilst making dinner. "That's it!" I say, running back to the DAW, with duck juice dripping down my arms.
