I know some synths have them built in (Phaseplant has a great one) and I have also used Node by Sonic Academy which is simple but effective (and affordable). I would love to be able to import images or even MESH files to create wavetables from! Why? So you can make wavetables from topography, which you can do through a multistep process using something like Blender and sections of the moon...
