Just got back from 2 days in Miami!
I’m honestly still integrating everything.
So many deep reminders, powerful shifts, and truth bombs around love, relationships, and the way we show up in our lives.
Here are a few of my biggest takeaways:
💫 Love isn’t about finding the right person — it’s about becoming the right person
💫 Where we’re reactive, there’s work to do
💫 Our triggers are invitations for growth (not something to avoid)
💫 The relationship we have with ourselves sets the tone for everything else
💫 We don’t attract what we want… we attract who we are being
This wasn’t just information… it was activation.
And I feel a new level of clarity, responsibility, and power in how I choose to show up moving forward.
