Just wanted to remind you of how amazing you are Sophie, and thank you for being so determined and enthusiastic about sharing your passion. For others like me who are doing the same - running a business, being self-employed, creating the lives we desire, working on a mission - it can be challenging, lonely and confusing sometimes. Having people like you to inspire us and remind us of the reasons why we are doing it is SO important! Love everything you do, and your energy is infectious xx PS. I'm wondering if maybe in the future we could come up with a NutritionGems X Empower State collaboration - perhaps some sort or event or retreat, bringing together our different audiences for some health, self-development, manifestation and mindset goodness 🤩
