First Course is Live!

Hi everyone! I’m so happy to share that my very first course with Empower Me is now published and ready for you to explore. This project has been in the works for a long time, and it’s filled with the same tools, conversations, and guidance I use every day to help youth build confidence, resilience, and self-love.

This space was created so we can learn, grow, and support each other—and I can’t wait for you to dive in.
