I’m Liam McKendry, a professional Muay Thai fighter and coach, and the founder of Emergefit. My passion is helping people unlock their full potential through training — whether that’s building fitness, sharpening technique, or developing the mindset of a fighter.
Over the years, I’ve trained athletes and everyday people alike, guiding them to get stronger, fitter, and more confident. What drives me is seeing people push past limits, stay accountable, and achieve results they never thought possible.
