THE EMBODIED ENTRY™ RITUAL
Before posting or introducing yourself:
- Sit quietly for one minute.
- Place one hand on your chest.
- Take slow deep breaths.
Then read the following silently:
“I am not here to change myself.
I am here to live as my embodied identity”
Pause.
Then Introduce yourself below 👇. Answer the following questions:
- Where are you from?
- What do you help people with?
- Who is your embodied (new) identity?
Nothing else.
No story.
No explanation.
This sets the tone immediately.
