When 70K days?
Hi Guys!
I would like to introduce myself. Been in the ecom game for quite a while. Built and sold different brands. We have done 70K+ days back in the days with META branded dropshipping (5 years ago), been in the info space for the last 4/5 years (built Ecomtrics which doesn't exist anymore ;), and Real Estate Masterclass), last year we decided to go once again all in on e-com, and we are planning on staying in e-com. No distractions.
Biggest lesson: Building something big requires time, focus and dedication. Should have never left the e-com space in the first place. We tried almost every business model, but ecom wins.
We just launched our own supplement brand and we are planning on building a longterm brand. It will take time to built a solid brand for scale. We are limited by inventory and cashflow, but we will hit those 70K days again for sure. But it will take time.
We are also launching a branded dropship store, for validating offers. Once validated we will start buying inventory and sell from China. This store we can scale much harder because it's not limited by inventory and we can ship worldwide.
For example; the 70K days took us 20 days, which was insane.
Biggest takeaway for this store was:
  • Product was allready extremely satured (100K+ sales on Aliexpress) You don't need to find the next "winner"
  • Another store sold this exact same product 2/3 months ago and absolutely killed it with VSLs, advertorials and killer ads. I believed the scaled to 5M+ in 90 days. You probably all know this store.
  • It was a fully branded store, with the right upsells.
  • Big target audience
  • Good margins (bought it for 4 dollars, sold it for 30+)
  • Solving many problems / a lot of different avatars.
  • Felt unique
  • Visually appealing and it showed the problem it was solving.
  • The customer understood within 2 seconds what the product was about and what it was trying to solve.
We scaled this store back in the day mainly with ripped content. Which is crazy.

The game has changed, but we are going to crush once again.
Current store is almost out of stock; but we are seeing massive potential.
