False DMCA takedown
Hey everyone,
Has anyone dealt with a competitor filing a false DMCA claim against your store? We just got hit with one for product images we're legally using from our supplier (that the competitor uses too).
Our products are now suspended and we're losing sales. Already filed a counter-notice but wondering if anyone knows how to speed up the process instead of waiting the full 10+ business days?
Any tips or contacts that could help us get back online faster would be much appreciated!
