📍 In-Person Game Evaluations
Video analysis is important and will always be part of the program.
But watching players live gives me a different level of detail:
• Warm-up habits
• Body language and confidence
• Communication with teammates
• Off-ball movement and positioning
• Decision-making in real time
• Adaptability during the game
• True effort and work rate
These are things that don’t always show clearly on video.
⚠️ Important
I will prioritize players I have NOT watched in person yet.
If I haven’t seen your child play, it may take some time to get out due to my current team schedule with LAFC but I will try my best.
Video analysis will still be ongoing in the meantime.
Goal is to see every player at least once.
