Community Communication Expectations Moving Forward
Parents,
I want to be very clear about something that directly impacts your player’s development and the overall quality of this program.
If you have questions, concerns, feedback, or ideas, you need to communicate them.
This community is built on ongoing, two-way communication. Staying silent, being unresponsive, or holding concerns without sharing them does not help your player, does not help the program, and does not help the community as a whole.
If something is unclear, not working, or could be improved, I want to hear it.
You are always welcome to book a private call with me. Zoom or phone. One-on-one. Direct.
Professional. That is what leadership and accountability look like on both sides.
Constructive feedback allows me to:
  • Adjust training where needed
  • Improve systems and structure
  • Better support your player’s individual development
  • Improve the experience for everyone in the program
Silence gives me nothing to work with.
I am fully committed to working with every family in this community, but that only works if communication is strong, honest, and consistent. Moving forward, this is the expectation.
This is not just a training program. It is a community. Strong communities communicate. Weak ones don’t.
Let’s raise the standard together.
