About Us:

We are a digital marketing agency in the UK helping renewable energy installers generate more customers through paid advertisements. We currently serve 30+ clients and are growing quickly.

Role Description:

This is a full time, remote role where the candidate will take inbound calls with potential clients within our industry, no outbound activity will be required. The successful candidate will conduct these calls to understand the client’s needs, present what we offer and answer any questions about our service. The role is commission only and will involve 6+ hours on calls per day (with warm leads who have booked to speak with you)

About You:

You must be a positive, outgoing person
You must be likeable and authentic. Do people like you without you trying too hard? Can you be yourself easily? (You CANNOT be pushy)
You must be available for our sales team meetings two times a week
You must love the enrollment process, discovering if prospects on the phone are a fit to work with us, and in general - helping people and talking to people.
You must be coachable. If you don’t know how to take constructive critique, this is not a position for you.
You must be a self-starter, actively looking to improve and get better
You must have tremendous integrity. That means being able to say no when someone is not a good fit for our service, even if this means you are losing possible commission.

Requirements:

1+ years experience selling high ticket products/services online (preferably with some examples of your work or references)

Preferable is any knowledge or experience of the renewable energy industry

Preferable is any knowledge or experience of digital marketing

Reliable phone and internet access on a daily basis

Able to work to UK time zone
