Consistency Is a Competitive Advantage
Business conversations often focus on big wins, but I've been thinking more about the habits that make those wins possible.
Showing up consistently.
Improving a little each day.
Listening to customers.
Learning from mistakes instead of hiding from them.
Those things don't usually make headlines, but they're often what separate businesses that last from those that don't.
I've learned that consistency isn't exciting every day, but it builds trust with yourself and with the people you're trying to serve.
Success is rarely about doing something extraordinary once. It's about doing the ordinary things well, over and over again.
