Thank you Coach Adam for the electrifying ⚡️ introduction. Second to what only Dwayne, “The Rock” Johnson could do. But he would have to lay the smackdown 🥊 on a jabroni first.
Briefly, I am elated to be part of this community. From what little bit I’ve learned to date the direction, the passion, and even the “vibe” of the group all seem to be synergic. Being a man I value that camaraderie. Cheers, to many PRs both inside and outside the gym for us all 💯.
