ElevateU PathBuilder is a workforce-development platform designed to help people step confidently into the construction industry; especially commercial roofing. We create practical, job-ready training pathways that teach real skills: roofing fundamentals, estimating, sales systems, project communication, safety basics, and how to advance from employee → leader.
Our programs are role-specific and outcome-focused. Students don’t just watch videos... they complete projects, quizzes, certifications, and build habits that translate directly on the job.
