Ascend Coaching is hiring 2–3 Sales Qualification Specialists (SQS) to support a growing inbound lead flow.
This is a phone setter role — not closing initially.
🧠 Role Overview
Your responsibility is to:
- Call inbound leads
- Ask structured qualification questions (goals, pain points, timeline, readiness)
- Confirm fit before booking
- Book high-quality sales calls for closers
- Handle light follow-up via text
- Keep clean notes and updates in the CRM
🎯 This Is For You If:
- You’re confident and comfortable on the phone
- You can follow scripts and systems without ego
- You communicate clearly and professionally
- You’re consistent, accountable, and fast to respond
- You don’t need micromanagement and don’t freelance the process
💰 Compensation
- Performance-based pay
- OTE: $5–6k/month
- Bonuses based on booking quality + consistency
