Lesson 1: The New Foundation of Self-Publishing
Just finished Lesson 1: The New Foundation of Self-Publishing, and I must say… I've been doing this backwards….
I literally whipped out book after book in the medical niche hoping they'd solve someone's problem. No buyer persona. No pain point mapping. Just me assuming I knew what people needed.
Spoiler: I didn't.
Turns out, you can't solve a problem you haven't bothered to understand first. Lesson learned. Time to actually listen before I write another word.
On to Lesson 2. 😅
