What’s the point?
Let me ask you a dumb question. Why would we get out of bed everyday and work for Pennie’s on the dollar when we are worth the whole dollar?!? 🤦🏻♂️.
I’ll never understand the guys in our trade. Hvac sparked the training and learning trend. Plumbers quickly followed.
Electricians fight training and making the money they deserve daily. Fuck waiting for the owners to teach you or pay you more. Let’s earn this shit ourselves!
