- Incorporated or LLC for 6 months
- Same Active Business Checking Account for 6 months
- EIN at least 90 days old
- Monthly ACH cashflow into this business account of at least $5000 per month average
- Cash deposits cannot be factored into the above $5000 cashflow amount
- No open bankruptcy. Prior bankruptcy ok.
** If you can answer yes to all of the above, we can get you approved for capital funding up to $5Million
