Today’s inspiration comes from the idea that we are indeed in control of what we think.
What if for today, you shifted your thoughts of “I can’t” “I won’t” “I don’t” to “I can” “I will” and “I did”.
For example: “I can’t do that because…” turns to “I can do that because…” which causes a shift in your brain to look for the possibilities, instead of creating a barrier. 🙌
