New TTS Account Setup - Multiple Accounts
I am working on setting up TTS accounts for all of our brands. We have 8 brands, and so far have successfully created 2 TTS accounts. We are running in to some issues though.
Questions:
- Has anyone had success starting a TTS account using a Puerto Rico LLC? Ours keep getting rejected even though PR is a US territory.
- How many TTS accounts can be under one persons name? What about using same LLC info? Seems like my business partner has hit limits on both.
- We have one TTS that has repeatedly failed identity verification even though everything is legit. We sent in videos, ID, etc and they keep rejecting appeals. Does anyone have an escalation path we can use or an account manager that could assist with this?
