If you scroll to the bottom and click What types of violations are covered under the Account Health Rating? you'll see Fair trading violations, which deal with fraudulent orders, suspicious transactions, and other issues that affect the integrity of our platform.

According to Sergio, Sellico works together with a ByteDance account rep who has okayed their business practice for the past 6 years. I'm not sure if this is a turning point where Tiktok is changing their minds, but Sergio says that all their buys are considered rebates, where genuine buyers make genuine purchases but just happen to be rebated on the backend, and technically that's been okay in Tiktok's book. If you still want to engage their services, I'd say buyer beware.

They're charging $10 per buy.
