Getting error - can't link product to video in TikTok Shop

Hey all, I've spent a few hours on this and I'm losing the battle. I'm trying to post a video on my TikTok Shop and link a product, for the first time, and keep getting this error.

"This account doesn't have permission to add products. Log into individual or business seller account"

I've googled this to death and it leads me down rabbit holes that don't solve the issue.

If no one knows here, what's the best way to get support at TikTok for errors like these?
